Seems to be that it’s bound but not stretched taut, so she can still move it. But, yeah, a visible hair binding holding the end of the ponytail up would’ve made it clearer.
Fair point. If I do anything more with this I’ll probably add another metal bar to make it clearer that the hair is clamped.
