I was talking about the alternate universe version of Scootaloo that I play in “Legends of Equestria”. I didn’t want to miss out on flying in the game, so I made a slight change from the real Scootaloo there, from “I can’t fly” to “I’m a bad flyer”.
Sadly, not even the nose makes her a better flyer. But it looks fancy! And it glows!

Didn’t she explicitly say “I can’t fly” in the Washouts?
Oh yeah, ‘it’ was a typo, I know she is a filly.
My question was just more of like whether the nose makes her fly, like the reindeer himself.

She can fly most definitely. Not very well (the Equestria Games were a disaster for her, but she is already determined to train harder and do it better next year), but she can and she is able to get where she wants with her wings, even if it takes longer sometimes.
