And I gave you my answer, you’ve always lied and always hated flashlight and not to mention getting under people’s skin about it

Yes Gloriosa is also guilty, but latter on, her sanity was erided more and more by magic. And you ignored Timber either KNEW what Gloriosa is doing after she caused a quake and allready endangered the campers, or Timber is a complete idiot.

And as I wrote, Timber intended to cover for Gloriosa even after that.

And e could do other things to protect Gloriosa - like even atvleast TRY to take way her Geodes, even when she slept.

And if Timber was traumatized, he SHOULD take a risky job, were hevis responsible for the safety and lives and others like a LIFEGUARD. If anything it proves Timber wasn’t that mentally affected if he applied or stayed as such job, unless again, you assume he is very stupid.

And you ignored I wrote:
And people reaction is not about Timber’s lack of courage, but how selfish and seeming like a betrayal is his actions of shielding himself with Twilight.

So yeah, it isn’t about Timber being scared, but him behaving very selfishly.

And Sunset and Twilight are FAR more traumatized - having both faced many life threatening situations, and having both transformed into monsters, and it visibly affecting them, as opposed Timber which people can only THEORIZE he has PSTD.

Especially Sci-Twi, whose story in Legend of Everfree, was dealing with her trauma from Friendship Games.

And yet neither Sunset or Twilight, did NOT use anyone, as a human shield.

Or doesn’t change the fact he caused, if accidentally a LOT of Twilight’s pain in Legend of Everfree.
Wouldn’t Gloriosa be equally, if not even more to blame since she was playing with magical objects she did not understand? That she was told to stop using?

You instead fault Timber for something he didn’t even know about? Not once did Twilight ever stop and say to him: “Hey let me tell you about one of the most traumatizing events of my life!” Are you going to blame someone for the gas leak that burned down their house?

And when Gloriisa transformed it shown him to prepare to AGAIN cover up for Gloriosa

No, he was shocked and actively tried to stop her. Even if his efforts were in vain, so were the efforts of the rest of the girls until Sunset and Twilight showed up, and they had super powers.

And you think a fearful reaction to a monster is wrong considering the last one was his sister that nearly crushed him to death?

People go on about how Midnight Sparkle was traumatizing to Twilight, and ya’ll don’t stop to think that maybe traumatized him?

Timber pretty much HAD to know Gloriosa is a danger for others, when she caused a quake for example. Unless you clain like others Timber is in reality an idiot, not a smart guy like the cartoon claims…

And as mentioned by Background Pony #E40D, this doesn’t explain at all his behavior in this short.

Or doesn’t change the fact he caused, if accidentally a LOT of Twilight’s pain in Legend of Everfree.

@Background Pony #E40D
Yeah, it comes of as pretty smug seeing that fall seemed to pretty harmless, and only was there as a cliched and overused “romantic” moment, that was even parodied and mocked in several modern movies, like Frozen.

And even if it was a dangerous fall, it was caused in part by Timber hiding Gloriosa.

And indeed, what is worst, this is Timber’s reaction on instinct.

This really makes it look as if he didn’t even care that much about Sci-Twi…

Yeah, that is a pretty good summary. He kinda seems like an “all take and no give” kinda guy. He claims he saved the day through one minor act which makes him seem petty and selfish, and now that he actually has a position high authority and responsibility instead of being responsible and trying to make sure everyone on the beach is safe his first reaction is to grab Twilight and protect himself.

@Angrybrony
Well he done that at leastvin part to get through to his sister. And he probably thought Gloriosa wouldn’t harm him, at least not seriously.

And the problem is, Timber in a large part DID cause the issue. Him covering for Gloriosa DID cause her to grow more and more deranged.

And one cannot defend Timber he didn’t know it would end up so - it may had been the case at begining, but Timber KNEW Gloriosa was causing the anomalies at Camp Everfree and endagering students.

And when Gloriisa transformed it shown him to prepare to AGAIN cover up for Gloriosa and lamenting now all is out.

Timber choping with the hatchet, in the end was also no help, and contributed nothing.

While his previous actions, essentially endangere all campers’ lives, including Twilight’s.

And about Twilight, Timber covering for Gloriosa, caused Sci-Twi to blame herself for everything, causing her to feel worse and worse, to the point she was at least close to a nervous breakdown.

And because of that, Midnight almost returned, and would threaten the whole world.

And in this short, even if for a joke, Timber behaves despicably - he shields himself with his own girlfriend so that she, not him, would be harmed.

It is evidently the case, seeing Twilight’s disapproving look towards him a bit latter.

This is made MUCH worse, seing his position as a lifeguard.

And people reaction is not about Timber’s lack of courage, but how selfish and seeming like a betrayal is his actions of shielding himself with Twilight.

So yeah, this short, and stuff from Legend of Everfree, don’t really make Timber look that good…
