To those that are looking at this thinking “WTF”, I apologize for this acid trip on paper.
When I came up with this, this was the result of a couple bottles of Grey Goose Vodka, very lewd/sexual anime, a binging of dbz seasons 8 and 9, the horror movie “The Thing” (the shitty 2011 prequel), holiday pay, a few YouTube vids of plastic models melting via flames, and a “why the hell not” attitude.
Results…..The kind of thing you’d only have if you had either a first person lewd/trippy dream or a pure moment full of the essence of “WTF”.
TBH, I didn’t expect this thing to get out of control and expand as far as it has. I didn’t even really put any thought into this whole thing (with the exception of being under the influence of alcohol, anime, or mlp) After the first comic was posted, I thought that would be it. Then I started getting questions, ideas, and even donations from randoms requesting that I expand this universe or “Fuseverse” as far as I could.
Now 7 comics into this and multiple commissions later, I am both surprised, cringing, and wowed at the fact that randoms still want to see more of this universe, though at this point I got nothing left. Kinda braindead (and out of Vodka) to do anything else, for now.
If you all have any questions or ideas as to where this story can go, then I’m all ears. Criticism is also helpful, but I wish you luck cause not even I remembered exactly why the hell I did this in my drunken state.
@redweasel
I think I know what this is. It must be a secret meaning for Austrailian children hiring/creating alicorns to go fight the evil Emu’s and to save Australia from going hungry.
Either that, or its cause I haven’t eaten in a while.
it’s not even murder if there’s only one component inside that’s a merging of the other four, as long as no information is lost. blending is not the same as deleting, or overwriting.
what I find incredibly sketchy about this scene is not whether they’re 4 minds in a single body, but that sincere scholar immediately proposed becoming a private tutor for the royal family. that’s a little too convenient for the royal family… and of course for that matter, galaxia being totally okay with merging ponies against their will. I think it’s awesome, and keep me away from any merge potions, but I don’t think any of the four princesses would be okay with that.
of course it’s a fetish comic so everything has to be monkey wrenched into working out perfectly, but I think it might’ve been a little better if those four were all there to apply for the job of private tutor in the first place, instead of being brain zonked into doing so. and warning the four that this will be a big committment, in vague terms that good old trollestia would use, would get rid of the uncharacteristic behavior of galaxia, without ruining the surprise.
and speedy hooves is just here to fap, so he’s cool.
oh also nice would be a followup where sincere scholar is outraged at the discovery that she only gets the salary of a single pony.
honestly the creepiest thing about it is how they’re all doing this to cater to the random generic human child pasted into the scene.
@Scorch215
As for the creators or artists having an in depth explanation as to the reasoning behind their content we have yet to see.
In the end
It’s fun to see stuff like this be considered, but it seems like a lot of this is tantamount to one trying to play 4d chess when in reality its just simple checkers. Peeps be overthinking this way too much.
@Scorch215
While it appears that black pilling this harmless and rather strange concept into oblivion seems like the thing for pointless philosophers reeking over the most in depth questions in existence over this to eyeball.
I honestly don’t care that much as to try to pick this thing apart piece by piece like I’m crafting some arbitrary book on philosophy or life. These are strange, creative, and even fetish-lined comics that I don’t think were given this much thought when they were created.
And I think people are wasting their time trying to disect this for a deeper meaning, as fun and silly as it can be.
@Scorch215
The headspace scenes for Galaxia and Speedy do always show the components as being okay with the situation so I think we’re supposed to assume that the same applies here. Now, one has to admit it’s totally unrealistic that they’d all be so chill about it. But we keep seeing that they are and people keep wanting to ignore that and make it murder for some reason.
@Scorch215
When you realize some of the most heated and critical debates are over magical colored horses melting into new magical colored horses……..“Yep, we live in a society”
Also to answer the question regarding four ponies being killed for the sake of one, I recall looking at page 3 of this comic and seeing how Princess Galaxia still has her four component mares acting independently within her head. Therefore the four ponies aren’t dead, but more or less now key roles in determining the behavior/actions of Galaxia. Kind of like the movie “Inside Out”
I’m going to point out that even if those four are “alive” they have effectively been imprisoned within the now one body against their wills as they have lost their abilities to move as they wish since they have to share the body.
They have lost their freedom and their identities as four individuals have been strip from them. Effectively erasing them for all intent and purpose. They are gone and only Sincere Scholar remains.
@Salamenace
Yeah, I’m gonna have to side with @redweasel on this one chief. Homer Simpson or not, he still ditched his kid off to a couple of space rocks (since they’re genderless) and then just left. More of a odd and flawed friend than a parent if you ask me.
@redweasel
Yeah, I think I’ll take the body horror, fetish lined, controversial, and somewhat confusing story behind whatever this is. It at least fused characters of the same sex, and didn’t create some futa abomination.
(The following view doesn’t apply to all SU fans obviously. Just to a very large majority of them)
Rather than a PC, toxic attempt to brainwash “children” (cause that was there target audience) into thinking gender is malleable, and telling said kids never grow up and shed their immaturity so that they may grow to become bright and sensible people. Not 20 or 30 year children with a man-made mental illness that prevents them from even identifying with what they biologically are because of the sheer lack of purpose or future.
well, he has all the powers of an alicorn princess, and the special talents of troubleshoes clyde. where you could safely keep him, other than tartarus?
I can’t really watch “the thing” but I don’t recall it ever getting to the point of perfectly mimicking a human being. one of the horrifying things was how poorly the thing did that, since it was so inhuman it couldn’t comprehend that “oh don’t worry I’m fine” has a different meaning than “EEEEEERRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEOOOOORRRRRAAAAAAAAAA!”
what I like about these fusions is how they can’t resist being each other. it just happens to them, connecting together so intimately that not even they can tell who is who. ♥ so I kind of… uh… liked… steven universe… ish. likedish.
as for “inside out” I’m not sure if that’s exactly what’s happening, or if it’s just a limitation of the medium for portraying how they feel.
I dunno about alicorns getting lonely and stuff, sounds like an excuse to fuse more ponies together, not that I’m necessarily complaining. I don’t get why there’s a human there, but these artists are missing a golden opportunity to have a justifiable reason to draw anthro ponies.
@redweasel
This comic makes me think of the horror movie “The Thing” but in more of a good light. Not that I care about the story if any that this thing has, but rather the style in which the fusion was shown done. Other forms of media portray fusion as being instant and done in a flash or a dysmorphic process with jewelry in its interpretation and thus being only more confusing to one who watches such cancer (Steven Universe). This however, actually shows a process as to what happens during said fusion process. The details as two how two bodies converge and reform as one body for what’s already a “not” new being mentaly, since the component ponies retain themselves in an “Inside Out” style or fashion.

Another thing, why should Speedy Hooves rot in Tartarus. It’s not like he murdered four ponies in cold blood or anything. If anything it should be Galaxia to blame for this, since she was the one who came up with the idea and used the potion on them.
Then again, what would that make Speedy and Galaxia themselves? Who would be to blame for their own creations? Two new alicorns in an unprepared world with a human companion would probably be very stressful and lonely. Perhaps it would convince the two to want to create more alicorn out of a population so deprived of Alicorns, that they are worshipped as literal gods. Even though the reality is that said alicorns are really normal sensible ponies who just so happen to be ageless/immortal. Plus the more leaders you have for Equestria, the less dependency must be pinned on two sole rulers and a bunch of snobbish aristocratic nobles determing what goes in Equestria.
yeah, you’d think if she was the fusion of spitfire, mrs. harshwhinny and cheerilee (and trixie) she’d know she already pledged herself to the service of equestria three times. makes it kind of seem… a little unsettling that she does it again. as if she was just a new pony and they were eliminated. and which one of them was the private tutor before? trixie?
mostly I’m confused why speedy hooves is a majesty and not rotting in tartarus. because of the crystal empire, I suppose?
eh it’s fetish fuel, so mostly it’s just about how big their asses can get, and screw the details.
@Lil Penpusher
I think that was part of the benefit from the fusion. Plus I think the four ponies may have been solely responsible for the budget crisis on that chart. (Don’t know how) But You’d think since it’s a cartoon where ponies like Trixie/Spitfire probably cost a fortune (either in damages or payroll alone)
So it’s best to wrap it up in a new bundle that can contain and harness the best of these four for a better purpose at the cost of less.

that’s what I mean about a heart of gold. deadbeat dads who subvert the trope are tooth-grindingly irritating, and way too common for my taste.
to put it bluntly, he is homer simpson.
That still doesn’t make him a deadbeat. If he neglected Steven, then sure. But Greg subverts the trope.
he lives out of a van!
Okay, but Greg’s actually a good father not a deadbeat.
Offers Speedy Hooves a cookie. Goes from dinosaur to acting like a dog.
“Who’s a good alicorn, you are, yes you are.
gems don’t have sexes, silly. they’re gems!
but yeah stephen universe can be pretty disgusting. “deadbeat dad with a heart of gold” gets so old after a while.

They are literally playing god by making more of what you can consider a near extinct species. One can only imagine a world full of them.
