I tried to draw a dynamic pose.
To give some context, this takes place in a story where Catrina goes back to Abyssina and find it under the control of storm guards who stayed behind after the Storm King left, she gives them a chance to leave peacefully but they refuse and laugh at her. They soon realise their mistake and try to run away thinking they’re too fast for her, it doesn’t work.

Afterwards actually, at that point the storm king has already been defeated but some of his soldiers are still scatered across the land.

I’d more imagine IDW created Abyssinians based on Capper who was created by DHX based on Catrina… Eh. :3
honestly it’d be silly if the comic artists didn’t create abyssinians from her as inspiration.

Yeah, it really makes sense for her to be abyssinian since she’s an anthro cat like them.
