Here is one of many unused designs for Diamond Dogs from show artist Robin Mitchell. The Equestria Daily page can be found here. –> www.equestriadaily.com/2014/10…I was looking through these images, saw the Diamond Dogs and just had to vector one of them. I liked this one. =p
Probably for silly toyline reasons (they might think boy dolls don’t sell as well with little girls compared to girl dolls but toy puppies would). And to be fair on them, the first movie only seemed to have human counterparts for ponies.
I won’t disagree with you there. But if other sentient creatures from Equestria become human, then why not dragons?
I agree (even though I think dog Spike is downright adorable).
Would have made sense for the diamond dogs to become, you know, dogs, instead of Spike. And, oh God yeah. Why did they think those hideous designs were remotely acceptable?
I would have preffered this over their ugly human designs.
Wish they would have used this for eqg.
