Agreed. EG Sunny is Lawful Evil. She works within the rules (or at least appears to) in order to further her ambitions. Sunset Satan is chaotic evil since she no longer cares about the rules.

Victory over chivalry

I think Satan and Equestria Girls 1 should be reversed. Satan was not only insane but she cared nothing about moral restrictions nor pretty much anything at all outside of herself, her “rules” was based on “do whatever I want on a whim”.
The bully one used social influence, tried to play more or less with some restrain and had some standards like not hurting a puppy.
