Here’s my theory dogs in the Human world have always been intelligent and had the ability to speak its just humans can’t understand them and spike being hit with equestrian magic allowed didn’t give him the ability to speak it made humans understand him.

There’s something that puzzles me about Spike the Dog. Considering the fact that Equestria also has animals such as dogs, do you think despite having the ability to talk would Spike the Dog actually become a dragon if he passes through the portal or would he remain as a dog if he ended up in Equestria? I myself can’t really see him becoming a dragon on a count that there are dogs in Equestria. The only other explanation I could think of that when Spike got zapped by Fluttershy’s magic could it have made him part dragon?

I thought this is real but it’s fake. Seriously? Would of been amazing if this was the real thing but Spike didn’t came with the girls on the cruise so I guess this makes sense.
