When the episodes were leaked, they also leaked documents the fandom called mlp bible. It had things that were only meant for members of the team that worked on the show. One part of it was the motivation for the main characters and only 2 recommended episodes writers need to watch to understand that character. and not, I don’t mean the book that later was made, but a big document including coversations of the team
 
That would explain many of the errors and mistakes.

Nah, the new writers just never cared to watch the older episodes. That’s why they made so many mistakes like the “grown up” CMC failing at stuff they already mastered in season 1 or 2

Probably an unreleased episode of MLP:FIM involved with twilight having a problem with a revisit to the breezies, and then something went wrong and harmed an unknown and unseen ladybug town and one of them hurt/hit twilight or a breezie and it turned really bad quick. That’s what unaired episodes are for. This isn’t real or anything. Theories are reasons for this.

Twilight is normally just fine with ladybugs. Then Fluttershy started the ladybug project and the school is swarming with them. The sheer number of them brought back Twilight’s memory of what Shining Armor had told her and she started getting freaked out every time she saw them.
