Her horn is a Unitology marker from Dead Space. An alien monster worshiping doomsday cult. If you read about the structure and practices of the Unitologists, you know that they are copied pretty much word-for-word from how “Scientologists” do things. Scientologists bread and butter for “converting” people is offering them a “Personality test”, telling them there is something WRONG with them, and saying that they (the Scientologists) are the only ones with the cure and you have to pay out the ass for said help eventually ending up with you as a slave to their “Church”. So, it’s basically a joke about her enslaving people she comes across and not in the fun way.
