you don’t need to worry about everybody trying to get cheap art from you. it’s normal to sell “cheap” stuff if you agreed on a price beforehand, then raised your prices afterwards.
 
unless you aborted a bunch of people’s commissions in the past, then maybe you should worry.

Well, at least something could be worked out. I don’t need to or want to know what deal was struck but as long as everyone is happy with it then that’s fine.  
Honestly I do have more to say on the matter but I fear once I do it will just make everyone more unhappy so I will keep my peace.

Nop, I can’t really go into details on the deal otherwise I’ll have everybody trying to get cheap art from me, but the story is that I had to cancel the sequence because of art block and I couldn’t get anywhere on the second picture, and I tried raising my prices to get out of art block which worked, but Nightglider wanted to continue the sequence and I couldn’t really do the sequence for the original prices without running motivational issues, so it was on hold for a while. I have since figured out conditions for if this kind of thing happens again, and we worked out a deal considering I’m running into a motivational high on this.

I don’t know something about that just says ‘shady’to me in a real quiet voice. Hope you didn’t get screwed over like paying for it then the price being raised after the fact.

Long story short, artist got in an art block and cancelled it. After Amp got out of it, he raised his prices and I couldn’t afford it. Fat Forward about a week ago, we talk, and strike a deal/agreement. So now, after a year, it will be completed.
