KOSMOS and KAOS were opposing concepts in Ancient Greek mythology.
 
KOSMOS was the Greek term for everything that existed, while KAOS was their word for non-existence.
 
Essentially, KOSMOS and KAOS meant ‘universe’ and ‘void’, respectively.

He simply didn’t wanted to know that he has any weaknesses or someone more powerful than him. Of course this comic will lessen the importance of FLuttershy who was established as the one being mentally more powerfull than Discord and became his weakness, but Cook never cared about the show or consistency. This is going to be The Reflection arc of Discord with Cosmos instead of Sombra.

Well, okay, it makes a lot of the backstory that involves Discord’s past ridiculous here and in other stories. But I try not to get to wound up over comic books these days.
 
Besides I may be wrong or they may actually pull it off. I mean, Marvel Comics was able to bring Bucky Barnes back to life and have it make sense.

Has anyone seen the fourth page for this on EqD? If you haven’t, then according to what I saw and have been told it turns out that apparently Discord was just pretending to be a bad guy for 1000 years to keep Cosmos away from Equestria.
 
If true that sounds a little odd to me.

Alot of characters actually go through many changes before being finalized, that even applies to scrapped characters, whom get revived later.

Male alicorn(completely scrapped)  
Female unicorn which body parts from other animals (slowly evolved into tempest)

Kinda like how the Sonic comics revived the scrapped Sonic SatA.M. cartoon character Nate Morgan, and made him different to fit into the comic canon.

Pointless. We know Cosmos is going to be ignored by canon like Siege of Crystal Empire so this story will not end with Discord getting new friend and especially not getting a girlfriend. Its not going to affect status quo.

@Darth Sonic Doesn’t sound like domestic abuse to me. So far, looks more like a plain old stalker with a crush.
 
Might even go into yandere territory, though if it does it will almost certainly be played for laughs.

I mean, I’m not sure I care that much, which is weird. I’m the sort of nerd that tends to get obsessed with this sort of minutia.
 
I think the reason I don’t care is that the archetypical simplicity and efficiency of what I once called the “Mythic Trio” (Luna, Celestia, and Discord) had long being overcomplicated by later developments (Cadence, Princess Twilight, Sombra, Tirek, Tartarus)before eventually being flat out overturned (the Pillars of Equestria, the Pony of Shadows, and the Storm Empire). The simple and effective archetypical mythoes they once had has long been mutilated by overcomplication, so what’s a bit more?
 
The other, more important reason is that lore fuckery or no, MLP of all fucking things is going to tackle a topic much of the media feels politically obliged to ignore the existence of: male domestic abuse victims! Of a FEMALE PERPETRATOR!
 
Besides, the could easily explain her away as a more powerful Alt Universe equivalent to Discord that he stumbled upon while bumming around the Multiverse. Like Eris!
