Rush the national focus to restore Velvet to the throne, win the civil war quickly, join faction with Equestria. Call them as allies when the changelings attack, and they’ll pretty much win the war for you.
It’s ok to take inspiration from IRL uniforms and factions. No matter if Fantasy, Sci-Fi etc. they all take inspiration from different time periods and cultures to design their people.

Because this is picture not of deer in uniform, but uniform on deer. No fantasy, only boring IRL.
It is basically impossible to beat them without playing in multiplayer and having a friend play Equestria.
Uniform color and style of the uniform looks more like ww2 finland to me then anything else.
