Yes…this all started over a picture of Fluttershy petting Brian. Hopefully your satisfaction over pointless curiosity has been sated now. You have work to do as many conversations start over mild pictures that conjure differing opinions and views.
I’ll take that as a yes and two forced induction engines.
Don’t matter. As I said it already happened a year ago. Very pointless to bring it up now. You must be unaware that people all over this site do this over mild pictures whether they wanted too or not.
That includes you too.
Too bad, it already happened a year ago. You’re addressing the wrong person and completely missed the point below in the comments on how this whole thing even started.
Seriously, a discussion over a picture of fluttershy petting brian.
Depends on how good they are at spotting signs of herpes.
Oh I see. For the sake of concluding this to not get the mods involved since this discussion isn’t in a forum, I’ve stated everything I said about the show to the best of my ability. Cartoons like the Simpsons, KotH, Bob’s Burger are indeed comical. However, they don’t live up to family guys fast paced and crazy humor for me personally. I like randomness in almost everything. It’s the best type of comedy. Peter talking to Lois at their house and boom! Out of nowhere a celebrity comes walking in asking for a ride to the beach from a commoner. Random humor like that. I love it. Comedy that you already know is coming (which yes Family Guy has as well) is too predictable which leads to boredom and just small chuckles. Many people like those shows, that’s them. I like the “What out of place craziness are they going to do in this scene” kinda humor. The writing in that show is great, even though it can get pretty offensive and disgusting like you said earlier. That’s the best way I can explain why I like FG. Have you seen Johnny Bravo and Johnny Test? If so, those shows also display another example of fast paced random comedy.
i’m not trying to be destructive, i’m just having trouble understanding where you’re coming from. randomness can indeed be funny, but i feel like the way the show goes about doing it just isn’t working.
Then you haven’t watched enough of the show over the years. There are literally hundreds of scenes in the show where something silly will happen upon a random whim, punchline or not. A movie reference for example blended in cleverly with most of the scenes that shouldn’t be there are truly hit or miss. It’s what makes it funny and why the show still exist today after it’s debut in the early 2000’s. If you don’t like it, thats fine man, but don’t drag others down with you.
unpredictable? almost every time they make a joke they literally state the punchline before they show the scene. i can’t tell how that’s unpredictable
Because I find the random humor funny. Don’t get me wrong there are things that I personally don’t like from the show like attacks on racism, religion, etc, BUT I do love how random it is. The fast paced silly and unpredictable crap that happens in the show plus the flashbacks are what makes the show shine. Better humor than the boring chuckles and weirdness from the Simpsons. (Excluding Futurama, great show) Hope that answers it.
Edited because: Word addition

Lol if you say so. I for one enjoy it.
fg humor is gross
