Yeah. That was an early draft of the film. And these are what the Klugetowners are originally gonna look like. They’re originally gonna be jackals, wolves, foxes, coyotes, bulls, cattle, and eagle-antelope hybrids in Klugetown. But instead they have aardvarks, fish, lizards, lizardfolks, reptiles, reptilians, porcupines, rats, naked mole-rats, mice, sharks, turtles, tortoises, pigs, boars, hogs, warthogs, moles, tapirs, anteaters, hedgehogs, bats, amphibians, some goblin-like creatures, some rhino-like creatures, and some creature hybrids in the finished film. I guess Klugetown does have these creatures seen in this concept art that were cut from the finished film.

Well actually, it was Capper who did this because he was trying to save the Mane Six. And he helps them save Equestria from the Storm King. The evil tyrannical ruler of the storms and lands beyond Equestria turn ruled of Equestria who destroyed, ruled, and/or conquered Abyssinia including Capper’s old home in Panthera the capital of Abyssinia.

And then the Mane Six wrecked the Kludgetowners’ shit.

I’m not sure about that. It’s an official art (from movie’s artbook) and official art usually doesn’t get featured.
