True, but it’s often romanized as ttu or tu. Ttsu, ttu and even tu are all correct in this case.
That’s pronunced “Ttsu”

See that tiny “tsu” symbol in front of the big one? It changes the meaning. Get educated before telling people they are wrong.
The Japanese do not have a character for “tu”, especially not in Hiragana.
つ is “tsu”
