Grogar serves as Darkseid/Megatron while Sombra serves as Lex Luthor/Starscream. (Sharing a similar fate to the latter.)
The other three are just random members.

Cozy: What?
I know that’s why they were scared, but I mean how they acted so pouty and childish, sulking a lot.
They were cowed by the obvious superiority of Grogar. Both Chrysalis and Tirek were intimidated by him. He also embarrassed them by bringing up their past failures.

Okay. I wish someone would provide a link to this episode so I can watch it.
From the Season 2 premiere to Discordant Harmony, but skipping Dungeons and Discords. And he was fairly OK in Best Gift Ever.
And sure, but they still don’t act like themselves at all. And Tirek hadn’t changed a bit from Season 4 to Season 8, so the end of Season 8 to the beginning of Season 9 is nothing.

As for the others, Chrysalis is cray cray, Tirek has kinda been suffering magic withdrawal, and Sombra was brought back to life, which might have messed up his mind.
Don’t like it. Especially how immaturely the three of them acted, like minions usually do. The only character who I say was well-characterized in this episode was Cozy Glow. In fact, she was perfectly-characterized. Pretty much everyone else was very out-of-character, especially Discord and the princesses.
All we have to do is wait for them to get more members.
