I doubt it! Sombra was already dying once, by the will of the crystalline heart.  
  1. Friendship magic hasn’t killed anyone yet.  
  2. Sombra is not a pony, but a shadow, an evil spirit. Sauron. There is a necromancer or just a reckless black magic lover, and  
    “Long live the king”.  
  3. Grogar can still return him / use forces. Usually the villain who flashed in the first episode appears in the last one. We will see!
