If we consider the moments in the future being the time of actual S5 final, this is too early. You know, M6 should be about 40 years old or even more when this hapenes. I belive that FoE happened in Flim and Flam future because there was indudtrialization as the reason of war. Aaaaaand there is a magic table in the fic which looks like it could be made from cutiemap.

A hypothetical that could’ve been created in an alternate timeline, supposedly a point where the situation gets so desperate that Celestia - either having a mental breakdown or believing it’s the only way to save Equestria - embraces some dark magic that unleashes the Nightmare Star/Daybreaker persona. Of course, while Nightmare Star/Daybreaker may utterly annihilate whatever the threat is, she’s also psychotic and proceeds to burn everything.
