Its just a simple gif, reason its got ‘animated ych’ on it is just because the thumbnails on ychcommishes don’t show movement, just the first frame. Just makes it easier for people browsing to know its a gif.
it’s technically counts as animation, but any animator (even bad like me) will say it’s not animation
Most eye shimmer uploads on here come under the animated tag too, but i thought the countdown frames fell under the same thing.
