Nah, just a regular ol’ Fallout 3 crossover.  
I just never liked the idea of Fancy Pants being this pony who has everything and anything, and the ONLY thing separating him from Blueblood is that he’s polite. That makes him seem like a Gary Stu in my eyes so I always like to put him in SOME kind of dark light to give him a bit of character.
