There I was, shitposting discussing interestig stuff with my crew on Discord, when we asked between ourselves which Mane 6 shipping is the most popular amongst fans. So after a quick search, and discovering with great sadness that the last attempt to measure (>>1371422) was 2 years outdated, we needed to recreate the “wheel of shipping” once again.
Interestingly enough, RD’s ships are more than 50% of the pie chart, and all of them reach the top 6 positions. Also, but not quite surprisingly, RariJack is the biggest ship (or, at least, the one with most artwork) with 16.28% of Derpibooru’s Mane 6 shipping files. The least shipped ones are Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie.

Personally, I wouldn’t consider “outdated” to be the correct term because the first shipping wheel was about fimfiction’s statistics rather than Derpibooru (though that was is probably out of date considering it’s been two years)
Still, it’s good to have an up to date version for this particular site
Yeah stuff like PinkeDash and to an extent AppleDash are mostly up there cause of those old days when they were huge, especially PinkieDash which kind of dropped off massively around season 3.
on the other hands ships like RariDash and RariTwi wouldn’t really become more popular until later, Rarijack has of course always been popular but it’s only in the last few years that it’s kinda just clearly become by far the most popular M6 ship, I wish SunsetTwi was on this chart cause I feel nowadays it’s probably the closest one, despite being late to the game it has more images than everything bellow TwiDash.
