I can imagine Sunset having took a “Slight” bonk to the head, thinks shes a foal, and wants to play. Meanwhile Twilight is thinking “Please of PLEASE DEAR CELESTIA, find a way to fix her SOON!”

I would like to point out that in Season 2 finale due to Discord’s trickstery, Twilight has been carrying TOM on her back for Rarity (1.5 - 2 tons of weight), and as alicorn her psychical strength should increase more. Long story short, it seems inacurate to make jokes of Twilight not being able to lift any weights when she is able to carry up to 20 ponies on her back.
