Only if done poorly. I can resize any of my images without noise occurring.
Granted, it usually takes software to do, but I would assume any practiced digital artist would have options. It also depends on file types and DPI.
Regardless, this work is too good for that clarity degradation. It’s sad. But at least it’s not a giant horrible watermark.
People steal my art too, but I still care about good presentation more than piracy.
With artifacting i assume you mean it is like pixely and stuff? That happens when you make image smaller
Full resolution and artifacting are not the same thing.
Full resolution files are not posted online so that they dont get stolen. Thats why they look noisy cause smoll file
