When I look at this, I can just picture ‘I Will Grasp Love 1’ from Gurren Lagann playing. It works well.

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

From this cover alone, I can speculate that the plot will involve Queen Chrysalis capturing 5 of the mane 6 and converting them into changelings, or have them merely captured, while Chrysalis sends out “converted changelings” that resemble them to torment Twilight.  
Both scenarios will be meant to break Twilight in some way.

With the lack of a Twilight changling, I’m guessing Queen Chrysalis is taking up her role in this changling version of the Mane Six.
