That’s a real bummer.

Unfortunately you guys are too late to get him with the quest. It was a quest called The Ponyville Party. It appeared during an update. I had it as an active quest in my second town and rarely played that town. After a few years (at the most), it vanished from my active quests one day.
 
Sometimes Spike has been offered for a lot of gems tough. Also Winged Spike was offered for a limited time quest but that was only for like a week or so. I think that one has repeated too so you probably won’t see it again.

However I don’t have the gameloft app BTH. But I’m pretty sure that hopefully the app doesn’t get removed.

The problem though is that I don’t even know how to get him because I can’t find him in the store or anything I think you unlock him during a quest.

I use augmented reality on the mlp app by gameloft you can find it in the App Store.

Question…. how did you use those 3D models for your photos? (Just curious…)
