You see mane six as the bad guy? As me her of the corrupted underhanded amoral Federation. That trampled on the rights of space colonies, built poison glass canisters in to the colony designs and where behind the destruction of the first colony ever built? Zeon may have a Asshat in Gerin but most of the Zobies where good folks Dolzle Garma and Kacilya believed in making a better future like there father. Also it was the Federation that killed Zeon Dikum not zobies that was a federation set up to destabilise the colony so they can enforce martial law.

I could definitely see Dash and AJ staying loyal to the ideals of freedom from Earthnoid control by studiously ignoring all the scummy political intrigue at the top.

I find it a little hard to see any of the mane six as Zeon. That’s more Tempest Shadow and Starlight Glimmer. And Sunset Shimmer.

I think they got there out fits switched.

Rarity is 100% M’quve (unless she’s Kycilia. Applejack seems more like a Ryu, which would put her in Guntank. Guncannon is Sai, who is 100% Rainbow Dash.
 
Since I’ve gotten this far, I think Twilight is Bright Noa, Fluttershy is probably Sayla and Pinkie is Pinkie. Don’t ask why there is a tiny bubblegum horse on the White Base.
 
RD could also be Char.

For some reason I picture Rarity piloting a Gyan and Applejack a Guncannon Mass Production Type.
