In a show with dozens and dozens of female characters and the M/F ratio being heavily skewed, it only makes sense that our gay relationship quota caps out at 1.
Why? Do lesbian couples bother you?
I saw it. And I can’t connect the dots with shipping. I’m going to need a lot more to believe in it.
If this ship does turn out to be canon, a lot of straight Dash shippers are gonna be really ticked off.
Besides, this season already introduced a lesbian couple to the show’s canon; we don’t need any more added to it.
This is basically my opinion on the matter. I’m not too keen on shipping the Mane 6 together (though I do have a soft spot for shipping Rarity and Applejack’s Equestria Girls counterparts). But if this is canon, I’m not going to be angry about it. They’re cute.
Let people who find this image inspiring and beautiful enjoy it. If the ship fills you with despair filter it or have the decency and self-discipline to let artist create art they love, and to allow others to enjoy it.
