I heard that the series continued with a season 10 in the comics.

This is how My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic actually ends, since The Last Problem is actually the last episode of The Wonderful World of Disney’s 5th season, just with the My Little Pony Theme song in place of the Roll Call.

I have no idea what any of that is supposed to mean. Though, I haven’t seen E26 yet at time of writing, so I don’t exactly have basis for how to interpret your criticisms. Once I do, I may be able to formulate a more comprehensive reply… But I’m probably not going to. :D

In a way, that’s what The Last Problem shows. You see the changes from when the Sisters ruled. Canterlot is expanded, foreigners are more welcome, and there’s more decoration in the towns.

I still adhere to a neutral and good ending, and what happened next, leave it to fan fiction so that everyone finds their ending.  
What happened to the characters there, I do not agree, the design of Twilight-Celestia is disgusting, it feels like at least 500 years have passed, if they even took a model of the Moon, it would have been better.

We wouldn’t get to know how all the other characters are doing and how Equestria has changed with Twilight in power. This probably would have been an unsatisfying conclusion.

We didn’t need to see the “negative”.
 
The point of the episode was to show that things ultimately work out in the end.
 
Plus, there was plenty of negative events that happen to them in the flashback.

Actually the episode was going too fast. And being a series for children, they would not show negative things (that is for comics).

Sure, episodes 24 and 25 are the big final battle of the series, but episode 26 is what wraps everything up.

So it was supposed to finish the series, a good conclusion.  
I like this option, without the 26th series, I would like it to not exist.

Agreed. Plus Magic theft was an overused and very stupid plot device used because the writers ran out of different ideas in my opinion.
