And when noone’s around she has a deep smoker’s voice. Like I remember a set of educational games with a Cartoon Bear and Skunk but the Skunk would randomly break his character’s voice and sound like the baby from Roger Rabbit.
I like that theory too. I can picture her doing that to manipulate others as well.
My theory is that Cozy Glow is actually Illy the Imp from Magerblutooth’s “Diamond and Dazzle” comic series

Nix the earlier statements! Spur is real phony pony (in terms of hair styles at least)!
Cozy has less access to a curler where she is currently than Spur does - Spur presumably has a home to go to every night.

Her being a phony isn’t even that wild of an idea. It’s already in character for her to manipulate others and pretend to be something she’s not. The idea of Cozy Glow not being her real name is an idea I really love too.
