Why wouldn’t I take offense to being accused of Homophobia? I stated facts, nothing I said was homophobic. Nor am I upset about a headcanon getting ruined because I didn’t even have a headcanon to begin with.
No offence fella, but that sounds slightly homophobic. Appears more, that your personal headcanon got bombarded and now you’re kinda bitter. The two being a couple has been teased for years. So this is the logical conclusion.
It would have been better if they left their relationship ambiguous. Or just denied it existing by showing them with stallions. That way, fans could ship them with whom ever they wanted without messing with the Canon.
The point is that there was plenty of lead up. This didn’t happen out of nowhere. They’ve been ship teasing lyrabon for years now.
That doesn’t really say that they were a couple. I’m not a anti-shipper, either.
Lyra and Bon Bon have been appearing in the background together since forever. They gave each other gifts on Hearts and Hooves day for Christ’s sake. When will you anti-shippers give it a rest already? :/

Yeah. I change my avatar every October for Halloween and every December for Christmas. But rest assured, if anything my Gilda and Fluttershy avatar is probably going to come back either on November (if I don’t use a special Thanksgiving avatar then) or January of 2020.
