马迷 or 小马哥
“迷” means “fan”
“哥” means “boy”
In China, they have no specific word to distinguish “pony” from “horse”, so they added “小”(small or little) and the word “小马” means “pony”

So how do they translate the word ‘brony’ into Chinese? I see the first symbol is ‘horse’ (ma) so I guess it’s something like ‘horse person’?
