It’s based on a prompt-chain from RGRE where an Anon kicks the bucket after a hard life, only to have his soul shoved up Celestia’s cunt to become her virgin-born alicorn son. However he still retains his memories and such, including his human muscle-memory, which means that he can’t into his new horsey body very well, and is believed to be retarded for most of his early life.  
After a long and perilous journey, (including but not limited to; Spergity, self esteem issues due to Twilight, reforming Nightmare Moon singlehandedly through pure dawww, The Doomstar and it’s associated cult, running away from home and discovering communism, Raven wondering if she’s a bad pony for enjoying having little Anon around to help her, and a duel for his royal hoof in marriage) the thread eventually started talking about nightmare night and what colts would dress up as in an RGR society. Anonicorn got brought up, a post about Celestia dressing up as Equestria with Anon as a little glowing ball enchanted to (safely) float around her as “her sunshine” was made, and that resulted in the pic you see above.  
Christ, when it’s all written out like this, it’s been a crazy few weeks, and I know I’ve been leaving shit out.
