The latest repost of this on Tumbr says “Twilight can smell things? Since when?” I think it’s alluding to Twi getting used to Pinenut to a point where her allergies aren’t a problem.

I wonder if that is true? I know overtime some people can lose or gain an allergy to something. Seems like in the past whenever Twilight showed symptoms of her allergies, people would claim she had a sneeze fetish or something. It’s just a character trait, but it became so systematic they probably got sick of it and stopped including it. Or she just took her allergy meds.
