As OneOverTwo said, he’s from the War For Cybertron: Siege series. He’s sold for the price of a Leader figure, despite being Voyager size with just large accessories. But still worth it for an absolutely gorgeous Shockwave figure! Wonderful design and poseability, and some of the best light piping I’ve ever seen.
