Well, I have written something based on it here, though note that it’s couched in a preexisting AU. (tl;dr: Sunset Shimmer nearly destroyed the human universe and has been endowed with the power and responsibility to put it back together. People ended up worshiping her, and by extension, her friends. Also, everyone’s a little bit pony; Rarity has a gem embedded in her forehead that acts as a unicorn horn.)

She’s already got a picture of pony Dash, so I doubt there would be much of a reaction beyond the standard fangirling ond.

And now I want to see this Scootaloo’s reaction to the equine Rainbow Dash. And there’s the question of whether her own wings would work…
