Although to be fair, would someone like Discord really want to remind his ex-girlfriend that she hurt him a lot and that she was locked in another galaxy, so all he had to worry about is hiding the stars?
 
However, Luna is also responsible for not having asked Discord about the existence of more draconequus when Discord’s cousin stole her powers instead she just make a group to attack Eris.
 
If she had questioned him, everyone would have already known about the existence of Cosmos and other possible draconequus to be prevented. Seriously, the only one interested in the draconequus thing is Twilight.
