Actually… EVEN more bratty than lots of the characters. I mean, at least in the series they realize or regret when they go too far.

Luna gets away with a lot of bratty behavior in these comics. And no one calls her on it.
Is it brat like behavior to reprimand your sibling for vanishing for a week with no warning and then coming back half dead?
I think Luna, even being the younger sibling, is perfectly in the right here, hence why Celestia looks so displeased.
She knows that she has it coming.
