The eyelids are shadowed and appear heavy,
The slightly agape mouth & relaxed body posture only add to that observation.

She looks kinda stoned here. I’ve spent ten-ish minutes comparing the images and still can’t quite put a finger on why. Maybe, it’s the position of pupils or the curvature/position of eyebrows and/or eyelids?
