In regards to rating philosophy with implications/larger context, it has to be something the image itself provides and it has to be rather direct. Same as how we don’t rate every image of a pregnant mare Suggestive, we shouldn’t rate something Suggestive just cause a butt hurts.
I don’t know what rating it should be, but “safe” is definitely not right for this image.
Also, the context implied by the description is absolutely appalling.
There are many ways to do that thing that’s above this image’s rating but IMO the rating should be higher because of context, and some of them have terrible consequences. Please instruct the young ones on how to safely do it, and what they should and shouldn’t use.
It’s an awkward but extremely necessary conversation.
