There’s a story on Fimfiction, sadly it’s been canceled about a year and a half ago (according to the author, EmpressBridle was building this universe with someone else who split from the project).

the story plays before they had flurry so no foal yet.
I’m super curious how’d they explain that to their daughter.

I must say, I’m also quite liking the look of Shining’s outfit here.
Not to mention if in recall in universe he married her, never divorced her and Chrysalis is disguised as her so the public doesn’t realize what’s going on. Least that’s what it used to be been abit since I checked he lore but the changelings were not out in the open and were hiding as ponies.
Pretty sure if you are married to some one its infidelity specially when you have some one pretending to be your wife so no one knows she’s gone.
It might have something to do with the fact that the tag “shining chrysalis” automatically implies “infidelity”, among other things.
