… badly animated - Part 1. |
This is not officially endorsed or anything. |

I thought I’d make an animated version of this since there |
Anyway, here you you go, I hope you enjoy my experimental take on it. |
It was created using the most modern motion tracking technology. |
I’m not sure yet if I’m going to make the rest, we’ll see. |
Mostly depends on whether people like it, and whether I have the time for it. |
Maybe I’ll turn this into an episodical thing. |

Uploading to YouTube: |
I do not have a YouTube account. |
If anyone wants to upload this for me, I would greatly appreciate that. |
Just make sure to credit the original authors. |
framerate sink?
I can watch this on my +10 years old with 1.5 GHz cpu laptop at full framerate.
And not that agonizing, as I only spent a few days on it.
But I guess I’m not gonna finish it now, which is probably for the better.
1080p even on my modern PC is a total load time and framerate sink. And when you consider that most people watching this are doing so on a mobile phone screen, we’re never going to get to a point where we need more than 720p.
Also how agonising is it to finish this on almost the same day someone else does the same?
I did watch the video just now. And, I must admit, I’m at a loss to find anything humorous about it. Not even any anti-humor. And, as for the shading, yeah, you’re probably right about that.

They are 3d models! Did you not watch the animation?
Also, I think you mean gouraud shading, rather than gaussian blur.
Hm, I wanted to keep it at 1080p resolution… but yeah, maybe I’ll upload a downscaled version.
You can compress the file.
Here’s an interesting little fact: the Maori word for magic, makuta, translates back into English as witchcraft.
