at a PNG market when my travel companion told me to come over to him urgently. as we left he told me that there was a women standing behind me about to put her hand in my pocket when he called me over. I’m glad he did because otherwise I would have lost all my money that I needed to get back to AUS.
so yeah, if on the off chance you go to PNG, always travel with a local because there are places you don’t want to be at certain times
