Okay, so…  
In a previously leaked photo, we saw Rainbow Dash tending to Fluttershy’s animals, implying that she got Fluttershy’s cutie mark.  
And in this video, we see Rarity with RD’s, and Pinkie AJ’s.  
Also, it seems that no two ponies just “trade” cutie marks, meaning the marks sort of cycle around the mane six (minus Twilight)  
So far, the cutie mark switcheroo situation looks like this:  
>Rainbow Dash: butterflies  
>Rarity: lightning bolt  
>Pinkie Pie: apples  
And these last two are just specs  
>Applejack: gems  
>Fluttershy: balloons
