I decided that Fluttershy would look cute in diapers so I made her some
showing off the diaper’s liner. not the best work, but this is my first article of clothing to be sewed.
everything else I just repaired before this.

first find a diaper pattern on google or whatever you use to search, measure the waist of your doll and subtract about 1/2-1cm so the tapes don’t overlap. size your pattern accordingly then cut out according to the pattern.
add an absorbent panel and maybe some leg barriers if you feel fancy. sew it together and BOOM diaper for that size doll. if you want it removable like a diaper then you’ll either need safety pins as small as they go, or small buttons and button holes.
