Shouldn’t he have a bit flatter chest?
Would love a female version too as Fluttershy is my favourite. It shouldn’t be too much work; removing the bulge and increasing breast size a little. I don’t think you’ll need to mess with the hair.

I bet he was fully dressed, and now is wearing just these skimpy underwear. Very embarrassing situation, especially since his bulge is very pronounced.
