Before Twilight became an alicorn, I loved Twilight and then she got a pair of wings, I was like “I think I change my mind about Rarity.”

In the third episode, Pinkie said Twilight is the “cutest, smartest all around best pony”

Twilight was always just a hair shy of #1 Best Pony. Maybe 0.2% shy, definitely not 20% shy. Right now I’d say she’s tied for best with her flying buddy.

She hasn’t got all 6 elements of Harmony, she only has 1 like before

Hmmm…I hope that Hasbro executives learn a little from this whole Twilicorn fiasco about corporate meddling, and let the creative people be creative, and stop thinking the ‘bean counters’ know best. Maybe? Just a little? Just a little tiny bit Hasbro?
 
Although we don’t even know at this point WHAT involvement they actually had in this happening. Not saying it’s a bad thing, Twily is still the same dork we know and love, just with wings, but it’s frustrating if a corporation pushes changes because they think they know best. Though the crew of this show has proven that they can handle pretty much anything brilliantly. Who knows though? Maybe it was actually Meghan’s idea all along, not Hasbro execs at all. You’d think that if the crew REALLY didn’t want it, they’d have fought it more. Just would be nice to get a little more backstory on that I guess.

I hope we will get a few more informations in Season 4. Maybe we will hear what Twilight is called. princess of Magic? Of friendship? Something else?

Well, it works either way to me, her talent is magic, in general, her element is magic (friendship), friendship being an actual source of power.  
Guess its my D&D’ish background that makes it easier for me to visualize it.
 
But you do bring a good point. Are friendship, the magic of friendship and harmony all the same thing, or do they cross each other in certain points?  
Well, maybe time will tell?

That is also why she kinda combines all elements. All of the other 5 elements are an important part of friendship.

That’s a flawed argument. None of the mane 6 represent only their elements. They all have loyalty (if not they wouldn’t have still been friends till now), laughter, kindness, honesty and generosity. The only thing Twilight has that they don’t is Magic.
