Rest in peace, Mr. Connery. One thing I thought. We all know Bond is a seducer who works his way through a beautiful sexy young woman one per film. In the next film, the previous one is no-where to be see, or swiftly dropped when Bond is sent on his next mission, only to meet and seduce the film’s Bond girl. Rinse and repeat. As Judy Dench (Madame “Codename M” with the Brosnan and Craig Bonds) noted, Bond is a sexist misogynist dinosaur, a relic of the Cold War.
 
What I am getting to is, if Rarity falls prey to Bond’s charms, Bond should know what he is getting in to if he breaks Rarity’s heart when he abandons her. Rarity’s five friends will fall angrily on Bond in revenge for a pony hurting their friend. Let us hope for both parties involved their affair is conducted in mutual affection and ends with amicable understanding between the two, and no wails and tears.

That’s a very recognizable PPK, though it seems rather large compared to the original–it was designed in the 1920s to be a concealed carry pistol, not a service pistol like the P5, and for many years was considered the gold standard in pistols small enough to conceal well but still large enough to hold onto and use effectively. I suppose we can chalk it up to a trick of perspective. Perhaps Rarity is a bit closer to the camera. Sean Connery was 6’2” and Squiggletail isn’t one of those tall lanky unicorns like Fleur de Lis or Sassy Saddles.
