This image goes beyond the limits of a realistic anatomy and into the realm of fantasy. However, besides the tongue, the rest of the pose is within anatomical possibility. Contortionists, people who have trained their bodies can do a pose like this. I have always used Blossomforth as a character to imagine the ideal body but imagination took me further into imagining what it would be like to be the owner of a biological body out of science fiction, able to shapeshift and change the structure of anatomy at will.
 
Blossomthing is a story I wrote to imagine what it would be like to have a body with less limits. However, in order to satisfy my imagination and make the character seem more real and plausible there were some limits imposed instead of going the normal cartoon rubber superpower route. Blossomforth’s body and mind were infected by an alien organism. The alien traveled through space for millions of years and had degraded because of the prolonged stasis. It no longer had a functional mind, only an instinct to spread its genetic information in hopes of propagation and survival of its advanced genetics. Because of this it adopted Blossomforth’s mind as its base of intelligence and Blossomforth was able to take control.
 
Blossomforth now has the ability to shapeshift her body. However, shapeshifting takes up an enormous amount of energy and she is forced to eat meat and hunt animals to feed her shapeshifting. She has gained predator instincts from the alien and her sharp teeth symbolize her new predatory nature. She can completely hide her alien traits but when she gets excited her teeth can change shape and sharpen as in the picture. Her new alien instincts clash with her old pony instincts and she is ashamed of her predatory instincts in a society of ponies that were prey animals in their earlier genetic history. She feels some guilt when she eats an animal but she has become addicted to her new abilities as shown in the picture. She loves her newfound bodily freedom and finds it pleasurable to be able to do things like turn her tongue into a snake, actively bending and muscularly curling it up to pleasure herself. It’s a guilty secret. Her pony instincts make it feel wrong to hunt and eat animals but her alien instincts make it seem like the most righteous and pleasurable thing in the world.
