Pretty sure ponies weight a little bit more than 55-ish pounds.  
Plus, they use magic to fly (because their wingspan is nowhere big enough to support them) so the extra magic can counter the recoil somewhat. Rainbow Dash could throw a rock as big as her head across a small lake and stay in place, and catch a free-falling Fluttershy without moving an inch.

Solar Supporter - Fought against the New Lunar Republic rebellion on the side of the Solar Deity (April Fools 2023).

Flying pony isn’t anchored to anything at all. Assuming ponies are about the size of small dogs for a reference weight of 25 kg, this little lady should be rocketing back at a very rough estimate of 1.8 m/s if she keeps hold of the gun, or the gun alone moving back at 3 m/s if her grip slips.
